At the End of the Year
At the end of each payroll year, Buckeye Payroll Services will provide annual summary reports for its clients. In addition, Buckeye Payroll Services will provide annual form W-2 for distribution to the client's employees.
Buckeye Payroll Services can also prepare form 1099 for each of the client's contractors even if the contractors were not paid routinely throughout the year through the Buckeye Payroll system. This is ideal for clients who utilize independent contractors on a piece meal basis.
In addition, Buckeye Payroll Services provides year end reports for all government authorities requiring them, including

- Federal Form W-3
- State reconciliation reports
- Local reconciliation reports
