Multiple Employer Locations

Buckeye Payroll Services is able to easily merge multiple locations into one payroll system.  For those clients who wish to maintain separate records for each location, Buckeye Payroll Services can facilitate that requirement at discounted fees.

Personalized Reporting

Buckeye Payroll Services prepares specialized reporting to meet the requirements of each of its clients. 

Green Payroll Processing

Buckeye Payroll Services offers paperless payroll at no extra cost for all new clients.  Under this system, Buckeye Payroll Services prepares payroll as usual but the employees receive their pay through direct deposit and their pay stub via email.  The client receives all of its reports via email or optional web download*.

Same Day Processing

In most cases, Buckeye Payroll Services processes payroll the same day it receives the information from the client.  The payroll package is ready for delivery and may be picked the same day.  This is normally completed at no additional cost, but under certain circumstances, additional fees may apply.  Be sure to inquire if your business requires this type of processing.

Automatic Check Signing / Envelope Service

For clients who require physical payroll checks, Buckeye Payroll Services can provide pre-signed checks at no additional cost. Envelope service is offered at an additional fee.

Internet Services

Buckeye Payroll Services offers special secure internet access to most payroll information to clients who request it.  This is a premium service and addtional fees will apply.

Unlimited File Changes

You are free to make changes to your employees' files at any time at no additional cost.  This includes address changes, pay increases or decreases, withholding changes or any other updates you need to make.
