At no extra cost, clients of Buckeye Payroll Services can avail themselves of our green payroll system.  Through this process, nothing is printed unless the client or the client's employee chooses to do so.

Buckeye Payroll Services receives:

• All relevant payroll information via email or optional internet service.*

The employee receives:

• An electronic copy of his payroll stub including detailed year to date information via email.  If the employee retains the email, he is able to save all pay stubs securely in the employee's email system.

• Pay through direct deposit.

The client receives:

• Electronic copies of all payroll reports.

• Most tax deposits are made electronically.

This is a great way to help the environment while at the same time, increasing the confidentiality and security of your valuable payroll information.
